Create by Miranda – General Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms apply to all services and digital products offered via the website of Create by Miranda, based in Schijndel, The Netherlands. Services are offered online or on location (by mutual agreement) within the Meierijstad, Den Bosch and Eindhoven region. Contact: mail@createbymiranda.nl. The business is currently not registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

2. Services and Products
Create by Miranda provides creative support such as help with WordPress and Wix websites, social media content creation, and brainstorming creative projects. Digital products (e.g. quizzes, printables, calendars) are delivered as downloads (PDF format).

3. Service Appointments and Delivery

Services are offered after mutual agreement and email confirmation.

Miranda reserves the right to decline or delay services in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment

Digital products must be paid for in advance via available webshop payment methods.

Services are invoiced per project. Work starts after payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun. For services, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged.

6. Liability
Create by Miranda is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of provided digital products or advice. The client remains responsible for applying the advice or content.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and products are the property of Create by Miranda and are for personal use only. Copying, reselling or publishing without written consent is not permitted.

8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
